What I collect
Your name, contact details, the documents you send me, and the identification details Florida requires me to record in my notary journal for each notarial act.
What I do with it
I use it to prepare, notarize, record, and return your documents, and to complete the reporting Florida law requires of notaries. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with marketers. Ever.
How long I keep it
Journal entries are kept for the period Florida law requires. Working copies and printouts of your documents are destroyed once your originals are returned, unless you ask me in writing to keep them.
